DJ O'Sullivan Constructions is one of a handful of preferred subcontractors to provide heritage restoration and building maintenance to the NSW Government Public Works - Heritage Services. Singleton Court house is one of the projects awarded.

The scope of the project included:

Toilet refurbishments - Magistrates, Staff Male & Female & Public Male & Female
Construction of new disabled toilets
Demolish & Construction of new garage
External Court house renovations
Internal Court house renovations
Construction of new shelter
Stabilisation of chimneys & ceiling spaced and relining of bell tower
