Our clients at Surry Hills requested that we design, apply and obtain Development approval plus all required documentation to construct a new upstairs extension for a bedroom at the rear of the home with limited access. 

This involved the removal of existing roof on one half of building and install new roof. Waterproof external parapet walls of building.

We built a new walk-in wardrobe, installed new skylights into existing ensuite and install new kitchen bench top.

We also supplied air conditioning to the new section of works and existing children’s bedroom.
